Barry Lyndon
I feel like I could write a lot about this film, but not today because I'm already tired and also because like many of Kubrick's films it requires another viewing. I'll write briefly; a beautiful soundtrack, some of the most beautiful cinematography I've ever seen, a good plot and excellent acting. Perfection.

A Clockwork Orange
It's nice to see Kubrick making a family friendly film such as this once in a while

2001: A Space Odyssey
Imagine thinking this is not the best film ever made

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb
Only Kubrick could make such an entertaining film about the end of the world. Also, there wasn't enough Peter Sellers here.

Lolita

Spartacus
This film has everything a good historical epic needs; A good plot, a good soundtrack, good acting, crazy scale, amazing cinematography (as much as I love the cinematography in Kubrick's B&W films, it's hard to compete with the stunning colors in his color films). The film was a little too long for my taste but not too bad. It's not a masterpiece - we're not there yet, but it is a very good film.

Paths of Glory

The Killing
The most accurate representation of an airport ever

Killer's Kiss
Well, the killer sure did kiss

Fear and Desire
I started watching the filmography of *the* director - Stanley Kubrick. My expectations for this film were low; Kubrick himself hates this film and legend has it that he bought all the copies of it so that no one could watch it. And regardless, no one in the world seems to like it. So I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. True, it doesn't come close to his later works but as a director's first full-length film it's not bad at all. I'm Looking forward to watch the next film. Stay tuned
