The Substance

There was a lot I didn’t love in this movie but I liked the social commentary on ageism and beauty standards. Let’s just all be old and ugly together who cares !!

Iron Lung

This would’ve been 10x better as a short film and not the 2 hour runtime it had. Maybe part of this is my fault since I had no idea what the game was about, but so many things were left unexplained and unanswered, scenes were used over and over for no real reason, and I desperately needed subtitles. It wasn’t bad, I just had no idea what was going on most of the time!!
