My Evening With Weapons
So I was eating dinner and Lucy goes ‘oh my sister has HBO Max, we can log in and use it if we want’ so I instantly throw my knife and fork down and downloaded it on the telly, log in and have a quick scroll, and boom I see ‘Weapons’. Lucy isn’t great with horrors but I managed to convince her (no peer pressure at all) to watch it as it’s been on my watch list for a while. Long story short; she didn’t like it. Multiple times she asked to turn it off for being too scared and multiple times i controlled the situation and kept it playing, like the empath i am. Shes now said if she needs a piss during the night I will have to go with her (pshhh yeah right😉 good luck waking me up for that!!!😴) Anyways, I enjoyed it, I found it fun and suspenseful, nice change of pace to the usual horror and the characters were decent; especially liked the school principal, Marcus, he was super nice and friendly throughout the film. Dinner got cold.

Okay Dave mate, you are wild for making this, if what you want is to be left freaky and flabbergasted, then watch this film. Ffs. Only watched this because Jon Hamm recommended it to me, and now I won’t be able to look at him the same way… also if your name is Max, you might find this film either exhilarating or just you being personally attacked.
