Monster
the first and middle part of the movie was a bit slow imo, i had a hard time locking in. but once the last part of the movie started and it dawned on me what was happening, the movie came together perfectly. the ending broke something in me, i tried my hardest to reel back the tears and devastation that i felt after that ending bec the lights were on only a few seconds after the ending, and i don't think i would've been able to stop the tears once it got started

The Devil Wears Prada 2
was kinda skeptical for this sequel bec i think the first movie was already perfect, but i think this movie was created at the right time and had a lot to say about the current climate of the media and fashion. and i'm not gonna lie, i love seeing what the characters are up to after 20 years. i think the movie did a great job at maintaining what we love about the characters from the first movie and the relationship they all have with each other. also, love love the addition of simone ashley!! can't keep my eyes off her! just so stunning!!! "forever my girl" 🥹🥹🥹

there were some really cool and striking sequences in the movie that i really loved, but the ending left me unsatisfied and i wanted more out of this movie. great soundtrack tho, will definitely be streaming!
