What a powerful story and message defined by some of the best acting I’ve seen in a while. Tom Hanks graces us with a performance that feels REAL. Tom Hanks supremacy. No wonder the best hits in the 90s combined forced to bring us such beauty and sorrow.  Every character felt believable and genuinely moved me. I can’t believe I hadn’t seen this until now, but I’m grateful I finally did. It’s a truly beautiful film.

60/100 First time I saw someone dressed as Gandhi at a Halloween party.  Anyways, not an exceptional film but great performances from everyone all round.

Puede estar rosando los cliches más obvios pero aunque no sorprenda por sus decisiones si sorprende por su interpretación solida y desgarradora, sin contar la magnífica dirección que estiliza el drama humanizado planteado por Jonathan Demme, es la poderosa historia que afronta temas sensibles lo que logra mantener el interés del espectador sin perderse en el camino.

Friday Night Double Feature - 1/2 A great way to start this! This is probably my favorite Tom Hanks performance so far and Denzel was fantastic as usual. Antonio Banderas was brilliant in this as well as Mary Steenburgen. Jonathan Demme's direction was great along with Tak Fujimoto's camerawork.
