I understand why this film is appealing to so many people, but unfortunately it just wasn’t for me. Visually stunning though!

Dazed and Confused really surprised me with how much I enjoyed it. The 70s setting feels incredibly authentic, and the overall atmosphere just pulls you in i just love the cars they add a lot to the experience. The soundtrack fits perfectly and the cast is packed with talent, which makes everything feel natural and effortless. What I like most is that the film doesn’t rely on a big plot; instead, it focuses on simple moments and characters, which makes it very relaxing to watch. It’s funny, relatable, and has a cool, laid-back vibe throughout.

i put this film in the same category as fast times as ridgemont high (for obvious reasons) and dare i say i enjoyed that wayyyy more than this. this very mean spirited and yucky. if the ‘70s were really like this than thank god we’ve developed some standards as a society. i mean i can’t imagine most people i know encouraging a senior to sleep with a freshman. i’ll give it credit, jason london was pretty good and joey lauren adams can do no wrong in my eyes. wasn’t a fan of the rest of the acting here but the soundtrack was good, so they have that!! i think i made a mistake by watching this sober so i’ll revist it next time i’m stoned.
