Man on Fire
Só não deu 4 estrelas pra esse por causa da edição que fica uma merda em algumas cenas de tensão.
Man on Fire
Slightly prefer the techno-remix Scott spins up for Deja Vu, but damn he really goes ham on this one. Nice to know Washington and Fanning are still pals.
Man on Fire

74/100 There’s almost nothing better than Denzel being a fucking badass man! I had watched the Indian remake of this quite a while back and I liked it a lot. This one is better but not by much. Dakota Fanning has to be one of the greatest child actresses ever. She’s done brilliant work across major productions in both TV and film and such a natural. The chemistry between Denzel and her was on point man. Also, you don’t notice it at the start but the camerawork and the sound effects play a major role in making it as interesting and suspenseful as it is, makes it more intimidating and vigorous.
Man on Fire
forgiveness is between them and god, its my job to arrange the meeting. - John W. Greasy perfection. this is what i conclude from this film. really not long-winded. don't make films with unimportant scenes. i think I think Denzel Washington in this movie is way better than Denzel Ver. Training Day. but both are equally good. . shoutout to dakota fanning, she's act very well as young kid, maybe the Fanning's just too talented. . (This is a true story)
Man on Fire
Absolute peak Tony Scott bullshit. Is this the movie that definitively birth Old Denzel? Should’ve had more Rourke and Walken, give me the four hour version.
Man on Fire
When a film begins as fantastic as Tony Scott's, Man on Fire, it's a wonder if it will ever slip into blunder. It does though - all in all in spite of remaining heartfelt and accomplished. Here we have an excellent first act: the unlikely bond between an ex CIA assassin-now bodyguard and a young Mexican-American girl. It's a brilliant and real slack of entertainment, after all I'm a sucker for unlikely bonds. Seeing Denzel Washington and Dakota Fanning work their magic is phenomenal. Now why don't we enjoy this for the whole ride? The answer: The characters suffer themselves. Denzel loses his spark despite a great performance; it's his character who throws away the extraordinary moments that were there. Whether or not Man on Fire's first act holds terrific entertainment, we can't help but stomach the fact it could have been a more appreciated film if it stuck to its origins. GRADE: B+
Man on Fire
88/100 John wick just better. Nah but seriously the chemistry of the main 2 really helps the film. Creasy is an underrated movie character.
