Extremely solid surreal animated anthology about how much a house can mean, literally and metaphorically, to one's life and to one's struggles. Despite ironically having the only happy ending of the three, the final part is the one I found as the weakest (still pretty good); in no way does it bring the film down even still. A damn miracle every time you can find an anthology at all where each entry is worth the time Those damn beetles

❝Love your past, but travel on.❞ ────── • ୨♡୧ • ────── This was a strange movie. I really liked the first story but the other two were unfortunately not my cup of tea. I loved the stop-motion animation though; it added an ominous and creepy atmosphere along with the dark colour palette. Overall I think it's worth watching at least once.

All in all, it’s a solid film. Kinda wish Part 2 and 3 would’ve stuck with the same vibes as Part 1 (2 came close but not quite there). Also feels like this should’ve maybe been a TV show or mini series what with each part being a short(er) film itself, regardless of whether they’re all “connected” or not. Maybe something similar to Love, Death & Robots. I fucking love stop-motion animation though, please Netflix I need more.

Es increíble como esta película se balancea entre el terror y la tierna estética de sus personajes. Para mi el mejor recurso de horror es la ansiedad, el hecho de provocarte que algo no está bien y poco a poco se tornan las cosas macabras es algo que me gusta. Los protagonistas de estas respectivas historias están en un vicio, en un sueño anhelado como tener una mejor vida o terminar un plan a futuro. No esperaba mucho de esta película pero tiene una buena protesta respecto a generar incomodidad frente a la tierna estética que contiene.
