Uma fofura de filme, aposto que eu teria adorado assistir quando criança e mudaria a trajetória da minha vida,com certeza! mas,ainda assim eu amei assistir ele hoje em dia mesmo, muito legal e definitivamente se tornou um dos meus filmes de conforto. ps : queria que tivesse tido mais cenas do sam e da suzy :c

i honestly think if that movie was directed by someone else i probably would've hated it or found it boring. that's what i love about wes anderson, he makes his movies so pleasing to the eye and he tells his stories in an almost sort of childish way, they all bring me some sort of comfort.

Wes Anderson’s most Wes Anderson film I’d argue, great cinematography and colour palette mixed with an engaging and interesting story. Wasn’t as keen on this as some of his other works due to how small scaled the whole thing felt, but sometimes simple is nice. It’s a fun time and we’ll worth a watch. The scout speech about being nice was good and this was reasonably funny.

I am completely in love with Wes Anderson's films now. Moonrise Kingdom is filmed just like his other films, but adds a new element into it by having the leads be children. And they were perfect. I am extremely surprised at how the leads were together. They were awkward, funny and emotional, just like the pre-teens they were. I really enjoyed the rest of the cast and surprisingly really enjoyed Bruce Willis! How Anderson gets his A+ cast, I don't know, but what I know is that they all work together to create these surreal fantasies. The feeling you get once you're finished is a mix of awe, happiness and surprising melancholy. These do seem to be present in all of Anderson's films and it's very present in Moonrise Kingdom. Altogether, Moonrise Kingdom is a fantastic coming-of-age story about two kids who decide to run off into the woods, only a few days before a horrid storm pushes everyone to their boundaries. I loved Moonrise Kingdom and I am thrilled to see what else Anderson has to offer.

Moonrise Kingdom honestly is one of my favorite movies. The shift in tone directly in the center just gets me every time. I always seemed surprised at the moment it happens, even when I know it will. The yellow tint just makes the movie seem even better. I love Moonrise Kingdom.
