Via one of those open matte scans. Just a heightened experience seeing it in this 1:1 pre-instagram kinda' way, boom mic visible and tagging along, basically a character itself now. The rural yesteryear of 198x to 2000-something-something. The great North American wastes, kindly curated and gently gnawed on. Feel a kindness for it now I never experienced at the time. Time is a mellowing fellow.

One of the most unintelligent movies I have ever seen. Bored me out of my mind, which is extremely hard to do. I don't care to ever see this movie again. Many people love this movie, but I am DEFINITELY not one of those people.

School Movie Club: #23 (https://boxd.it/rTvb4) I liked this far more than I expected to. The plot (not that there really is one) is so stupid yet charming. The performances definetly help, because this would've been a mess without them. Got quite a few laughs out of me, especially the super awkward moments. Napoleon is such an accurate portrayal by the way. 8/10
