Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
Didn’t think I’d say this, but the series just got a thoughtful upgrade. The whole faith thing doesn’t drag it down at all; it actually makes the mystery richer. The church community moments even have heart, which is wild. The visuals are easily the best in the series.
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
even if i clocked the killer right away in terms of the whodunnit murder mystery this is definitely the best out of all the 3. its not my favorite casting so far — deducting a star bcs i really hated a lot of the people on here and i didn’t really connect with the characters im sorry — but most of them gave what is supposed to be given (not you mila kunis). one thing i love in these movies is how creative the shots are and this one did not disappoint, i especially love the lighting in this one which sort of serves as an emphasis its soooo beautiful and so goood!!! over all i really did had so much fun with this, the jokes landed well #tome and i would love to have a hundred more of this idc. and benoit blanc as always ur dramatic ass is so papa’s orchard to me also i would just like to say that the moment vera was done with everyone’s shit is also the moment i wanted her,,, im just a girl…

we're so fucking back. glass onion wasn't really a good follow up to knives outin my opinion but thankfully wake up dead mansaved the game. the script and the mystery was really good, josh o'connor was really endearing but glenn close stole the show for me. what a performance! i also really loved the cinematography and the setting, and don't get me started on the camera work! idk if the theatre experience made this movie better than it actually is, so i can't wait to rewatch it with my parents once it's on netflix.

can't believe i was blessed by Josh O'Connor AND Cailee Spaeny on my screen i think i had an orgasm everytime they popped up
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
I’ve watched all knives out and thoroughly enjoyed them but this one in particular felt a little slate and slow, to the point when the characters got introduced, I sat up and said who the murderer will be… and low and behold I was correct. Now as a whodunit it still does the job and is enjoyable, just felt the pacing was slow at the start and then sort of rushed to the grand climaxing of the reveal. I think what really sets it apart is Daniel Craig as watching him from each movie has really cemented Benoit as a 3 dimension character, even down to the clothing choices from the first movie to now. I would say they have fully fleshed out the character of Benoit Blanc now.
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
Better than glass onion but still not as good as the first instalment. It’s a fun time with a good cast to accompany the great Daniel Craig. I found it strange that Craig didn’t show up for what felt like the first hour of this movie, but I still was having a good time with the backstory for the mystery. I knew the older women was the killer but unsure who her accomplice was, but the reveal was satisfying and well done. A good time.

2 o tempo todo ótimo filme, achei desne ter o jeremy renner nesse filme mas God timing is always right
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
The best one of these and I don’t even think it’s particularly close
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
“To take someone's faith and exploit it for money is the ultimate evil. Don't you agree?” “Yeah it's bad. But I understand wanting to believe” The people/idiots that think the thrill of these films is finding out “whodunnit” are gonna be very disappointed. That’s never been what Rian’s wanted us to get out of these and this is the clearest that’s been, and it's maybe the most emotional one yet for it. No surprise it may be my fav of the trilogy. Certainly the funniest. Can't say enough good about Josh O'Connor. I hope Rian and Daniel make thirty more
