Crossing
Asian March Challenge '25 (9/31): Georgia 🇬🇪.
Crossing
Absolutely transcendental. Crossing borders, crossing genders; it's transcendental.
Crossing
Quietly devastating. Films about strangers travelling somewhere unfamiliar together to look for someone or to do something always have a cosy yet melancholic sentiment that lingers throughout the runtime. The regret here lingers.
Crossing
Beşiktaş still remains the best neighborhood of Istanbul
Crossing
They pranked me, i thought Avrim is Tekla. With so much confident i predicted that she change her name, her identity etc, turns out it was a plot twist lol. But i get it, the character of Avrim was meant to give the audience perspective about the life of transgender community in Istanbul. However it still just in the surface, need deeper exploration tho. Also the whole movie i was waiting for the peak emotional scene, there are few actually but not the peak one and i need moreeee. One thing that i love most is the bond between Lia and Achi, kinda heartfelt ❤️
