Buckley is unsurprisingly perfect in this. While it never succeeds in making you truly doubt, it’s effective in putting you in Buckley’s shoes and making you empathize with her.

I think I appreciated this more this time around. Knowing where the story was going (though it’s a bit predictable anyhow) allowed me to really kind of just live in the moment with the characters rather than spend time thinking about what was to come. A strong film, but I definitely understand why some care for it less.
