The only real reason why I watched this was becuase it was filmed locally. But, it’s your run-of-the-mill Lifetime film, but still manages to be a fun watch because of its charm. The dialogue, though, was atrocious at time, and Mario Lopez seemed to be plastic for a majority of the film. Next week’s Once Upon a Main Street was filmed in my hometown a few months ago, so it will be interesting to see, but I can only imagine it will likely be just as cliched as this was.
