Hooptober 2/31 ********************* Spending a little more time in Mr. Dickerson's neighborhood. Even on a budget, there are sights to behold. And pilgrims to progress! A very moral tale, with everything from Reagan to Videodrome looking on and making with the "spooky eyes". The relationship between K and Joel felt so natural, really helped me settle down in spite of the Christianity bonanza.

Some good sequences aside, the movie feels a bit aimless. Kadeem Harrison is really great. Interesting, but wish there was more to it.
