I was drug to see this by some people so I didn’t see this of my own free will. That being said, on a movie making level it’s alright. I’m not even going to comment on the behind the scenes stuff because every other source I look at says different things and every person I know says different things so I don’t even know about any of that. What I will say is that the message Jim Caviezel says at the end of the credits was hilarious and definitely not the way to go to support anti-child sex trafficking

“When God tells you what to do, you cannot hesitate.” - Actual real life horror. - Everyone involved are monsters and how women help make me even more sick. - Hard movie to rate due to the subject but it spreads awareness. - Timothy Ballard is a real life hero founder of Operation Underground Railroad, an anti-sex trafficking organisation.

"Gods children are not for sale" "That's the sound of freedom" This was definitely way different from my expectations. I was expecting It to be way more dark than it was. This was definitely heartbreaking and sad though. I honestly can't fully appreciate this because I can't really relate to it. If you have children you will probably enjoy this way more than I did. Besides that this was good Jim Caviezel just taking down pedophiles left and right. He is really great in this. This was really sad and emotional throughout some scenes in this are definitely not for most people. Some really gut wrenching stuff. I don't know how accurate this is to the true events but it's still pretty inspirational. I do not get how someone could hate a film like this though. Such a great message that's not really brought up nowadays. The controversy around this is so dumb. I noticed like nothing political in this cause unlike most people I don't give one care for politics lol.

Sound of Freedom en gran parta podría haber sido un gran documental, como mecanismo de denuncia la película logra todo lo que se propone, concientiza, alerta y busca generar un llamado a la acción para quienes lo ven. A nivel narrativo definitivamente es una película que no tiene mucho que ofrecer, es difícil separar el mensaje de la obra que la compone y en este caso lo que cuenta es todo lo que está bien, la manera en que lo hacen es la que definitivamente no logra conectar. Desde las forzadas actuaciones y simplista solución de guion la película va en perdidas con el espectador y es claro que muchas de las decisiones son tomadas de la vida real sin reinterpretaciones con el fin de lograr ser más verídico, pero estas decisiones se convierten en un arma de doble filo que hace ver que toda la gran operación que se realizó no es un acto muy “heroico”, sino que fue algo más sencillo de lo que parece, tanto que pone en duda el porqué si fue tan fácil no se logró hacer antes?, la historia deja un sin sabor de que el hombre americano es el único que puede hacer grandes logros mientras que en latino América somos los creadores de gran parte de los males que agobian la sociedad.
