I'm going to need at least 6 seasons and (another) movie after that! Or maybe I should just read the manga, that'll probably suffice. God, it's so sweet and tender, I really loved this one! Mio is one of the cutest protagonists ever and the animation is really well done as well. Not sure why people on here don't seem to like it that much? The main reason I'm seeing is due to the (very, extremely tame and non-graphic) sex scene and the main (gay) character seemingly having internalized homophobia. God forbid a movie portray that struggle, I suppose? I saw no problem with the portrayal of homosexuality in this film. Then again, I'm a bisexual dude who has struggled with closeted feelings and desires to become a writer - so maybe I'm biased considering it hit close to home for me. Isn't that supposed to be a good thing, though? Making sure people can feel seen? Anyway, rambling aside - this one is very cute! It's short and sweet, so check it out!
