Diary entries forWrath of Man
Wrath of Man
I honestly completely forgot that I watched this film yesterday. Wrath of Man isn’t the typical film that I go for, but a coworker wanted to watch it, so I decided I’d give it a chance. And in all honesty, I wish I hadn’t. I could only find a few things that I enjoyed about the film (the score was surprisingly good, even if it was a bit too much at times). The dialogue is laughable, the pacing is disjointed, which really takes the audience out of the film. I’m all for a film that isn’t linear, but this film just lays it all out on the table, explaining every little thing so the audience doesn’t have to think about it. Turns out I’m not a fan of Guy Ritchie’s films that I’ve seen, so it isn’t a surprise that I wasn’t a huge fan of this one. I do need to give Snatch a try, but it’ll definitely be a hesitant watch. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in Wrath of Man and honestly wish I went and watched Four Good Days instead, since I know I might have at least partially enjoyed that one.
Wrath of Man
77/100 Classic Guy film. N Jason Statham being his usual self, can’t complain!
Wrath of Man
