❝The greatest battles are with our closest people. We always fight with people who we feel are our own.❞ 𐄁──── ↶*ೃ✧˚. ❃ ↷ ˊ- ────𐄁 When I first saw this in theatres, I really enjoyed it; maybe it was the excited energy emanating from the middle-aged dad's around me laughing uproariously at the comedic moments. On rewatch, I'd definitely say its sparkle has dimmed a little for me. The cast definitely carries it, alongside some witty dialogue, but the surface-level emotion doesn't really mesh with the many commercial elements of the film. Nonetheless, you'll certainly be entertained by Allu Arjun's charisma-ridden connections with his co-stars, and while Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo isn't his best film, it's far from being his worst. side note: whoever thought the mullet was a good idea needs to be sued
