Meg 2: The Trench

No idea what the heck the point was, feels like it was made just for fun.

Meg 2: The Trench

Yeah, pretty awful. What surprised me the most was how absolutely awful the acting is, apart from Statham who always seems to play the same role well. It’s funny to laugh at, but as a film it’s terrible, can’t believe how big of a budget it got. Also, this has turned a profit, honestly unbelievable. Wish we saw more of the shark vs the octopus though, that’d of at least been entertaining.

Meg 2: The Trench

Meg 2: The Trench

Ttrench in the head of the screenwriters The only thought that kept running through my head while watching was: why am I even watching this? If the first part was just a simple popcorn flick for the evening, the second part breaks all records for stupidity. Sharks, dinosaurs, lizards, octopus, An angry Mexican... What's next? A crossover with "Planet of the Apes"? Everything is bad in this movie. The acting, the script, the dialogues, the special effects, the direction. There's no sense, no moral. It's just awful. I give it 1 star only because I had a good laugh at the absurdity of it all.

Meg 2: The Trench

Probably one of the best shark/sea monster movies I've ever seen. It was so fun! Some parts definitely went into the horror genre a little more 👀

Meg 2: The Trench

I completely forgot that I had watched this?? Meg 2: The Trench is your typical summer blockbuster shark film, which means that there’s a lot of action, a lot of fun, and not much else. But, when it comes to these films, I don’t expect much, which let me sit back, relax, and have a fun time. It’s not as fun or entertaining as the first film, and I feel like they definitely could have done more with the new animals they introduced, but overall, this still ended up being an entertaining time.
