lol i kinda wish i hadn't complained about the flashbacks to the previous film in the second Hell House because they somehow do it even more often in this one i also kinda can't complain about this even being my least favorite Hell House because it has the scariest scene in the trilogy? fuck clowns!

also, a step down from the first but a step up from the second. the creepy atmosphere and scares are what make this franchise fun. the ending is a bit convoluted but i dont care.

Hell House LLC III: Lake of Fire is the latest installment into the Hell House LLC franchise, and unfortunately is the weakest of the bunch. The premise made way for an interesting horror film, but with the same format as the previous two films, Lake of Fire finds itself in a rut. It still managed to pump out some decent scares, but they’re very predictable, which made the runtime really start to drag on. I’ve really enjoyed this series, so hopefully if they do another installment, it will embrace the first two films, and attempt to switch up their formula.
