LEGO DC Batman: Family Matters

90/100 Check out my favourite animated films - https://boxd.it/mhmT6 The second best Batman film after Lego Batman Movie. No one does Batman and his family better than Lego. It’s not even close. I loved the change to the classic Jason Todd/RedHood story, so cute and kid friendly. Batman crawling was weirdly adorable. Lego made jokes of themselves in this film and made jokes of the characters. I loved the hair falling off and size joke. I desperately need all these Lego figures… one day.  Everyone in this film was great and it was the first Lego DC Super Heroes film that I actually watched completely and had me engaged throughout. The action sequences were excellent and the writing was brilliant too. The animation is great as well. I need more Batman films Lego please!!!
