i’m so sorry but i have to give this five stars. does it deserve five stars? no, not really. but even the uncanny valley scary cgi renesmee couldn’t take the wind out of my sails on this one. that fake-out is legendary in my household. also the way the end sequence is basically just a fan edit is beautiful. cried. always cry. five stars.

Adoro que na época o final desse foi mega criticado por ter feito um final "falso" olhando em retrospecto eu sinto que ele vai na contramão do que se esperava, os épicos de fantasia se concluíram com um grande confronto e uma série de tragédias, em Crepúsculo os papéis se invertem abraçando a lógica do "para sempre" a resolução não é uma guerra e resumido a uma grande tragédia. Gosto como ele abraça essa salvação para com os seus, ainda acho podre o lance do Jacob e da Renesmee, sinto que é um traço de fidelidade para com a obra que Jesus, Maria e José não precisávamos.

So many complaints but I truly do not care about this series enough to write it - either way, it's probably been said before. Weak ending and Jacob is a fuckin creep but the credits are actually cool/smart (but I'll credit the editors for that one cause no way the people that made this film would think of putting care into something like that)
