Daisies
A film with a great message and backstory, Daises is a classic of feminist media. I’m not a fan of art house cinema but this was funny, not pretentious and worked well with the themes. The ideas portrayed through colour is clever and the film is vivid. At some points I felt it was going nowhere but the ending was good and I enjoyed the short watch.

A revolução nasce da destruição de estruturas sistemáticas pré-estabelecidas na busca por uma reconstituição; essa é a perspectiva seguida pela cineasta checa Věra Chytilová em As Pequenas Margaridas na construção desse manifesto anti-patriarcado onde suas protagonistas desafiam as normas firmadas ao mesmo tempo em que a linguagem narrativa se deforma no processo da construção de uma imagem em um curto-circuito entre as noções convencionais de espaço, corpo e a atuação que ambos exercem na composição, atingindo o efeito final catártico de seu experimento. Chega a ser assustador como algo tão entregue ao anárquico possa exercer tamanha precisão em sua decupagem e no pensamento de sua mise-en-scène.

Entiendo que es una pelĂcula surrealista y todo ese rollo, pero supongo que no fue para mi, me gustaron los efectos y fui fan de que las Maries desfalcaran a viejos pervs para comer gratis, y son super cuties, pero me desespero mucho quĂ© nada pasaba

Feels like it was filmed at 10 FPS and staged more like a theater show than a movie. I genuinely have no idea what this film is trying to say. The two of them seeking attention while nobody gave a shit and then turning into philosophers because of it that's the only part that made sense to me.. I love their laugh tho. Other than that it's a weird movie Don't let the high rating fool you. It's just girls glazing other girls.
