it was so beautifully done, i cried when it ended i wanted to see more!! it just gave me a headache of how much it change from the original musical because there’s some songs that are cut and some stories are different and also there are some songs that are just so much better from the og but all in all i love it!!!

Vendo e revendo esse filme várias e várias vezes percebi que é o meu Filme Musical favorito. As coreografias maravilhosas e de se arrepiar, as músicas incríveis e chicletes e a história de se arrepiar. Com certeza In The Heights é um filme que todos deveriam ver (até aqueles que não gostam de musical). Nota: 9,5 — essa nota é para o filme em si e para a cena INTEIRA de 96,000 na piscina (chega até arrepiar só de lembrar)

I remember watching this on HBO Max when it came out and instantly loved it. I’m a huge fan of Hamilton so i’m always down for LMM music. Anthony Ramos is great. Aside from Ramos, the rest of the cast was stellar, really no complaints at all. Abuela’s song is very sweet and emotional. Might be a near-perfect movie for me honestly. 9.5/10
