Dune
A lot better than I remember, mainly because I fell asleep the first time. Excellent cinematography and excellent performances all around. Also used the 2 hours and 35 minutes extremely well, as it didnât feel that long.
Dune
I have an even greater appreciation for this version after watching the 1984 version earlier today. The IMAX scenes are beautiful and easily the best way to watch the movie. Excited for Dune 2 in 1.43. So many amazing shots and a great cast that easily beats out the cast of â84. There were a lot of things I didnât remember even from my second viewing so I felt like I was watching it for the first time again. Most of the action scenes were awesome, lots of fun to be had there. 9.5/10
Dune
Upon rewatch, this is still an almost-perfect film. A couple of things hold it back, namely the pacing, confusing plot (reading the book beforehand helps immensely), and abrupt ending. Other than those minute and hardly complain-worthy details, this is a masterclass in filmmaking and probably up there as one of the top sc-fi movies of all time. Canât wait for PART 2!!

Sand: The Movie
Dune
Fuck it. Iâve seen this four times now. 5/5 stars
Dune
Look out âwatching paint dryâ and âwatching grass growâ, youâve got a new competitor:Â watching sand blow.
