I thought that this movie was alright but there are huge parts of the movie that I don’t like, mostly the things that I like were short sequences. Most of the jokes didn’t land for me, I didn’t mind the gore but if you’re gonna go all out with some of it go all out with all of it. I really loved how it felt more like a comic book, something that the first one didn’t get, but I prefer the first one.

this might be the best dceu movie ever & it’s also the best portrayal of harley and it’s definitely my favorite. love that there’s so much color in this movie too, color grading is chef’s kiss, it made the movie so much enjoyable to watch. lastly, the only true villains in here is the government, always messing and fucking with things smfh.

Funny, engaging and interesting, this Suicide Squad is everything that the first one isn’t. The casting is fantastic, with all the characters having fleshed out backstories which make you actually care about them. The acting is obviously great, the cinematography is good and the jokes make you laugh. My favourite part is Harley Quinn’s escape, the scene is truly great with good action and interesting shots. This is a very good film. Watched at Vue with my beautiful ❤️

eu gostei desse filme mais do que eu esperava, tava com um receio de ver por conta das circunstâncias, o fato de Esquadrão Suicida do David Ayer (🤢) ter sido horrível e tbm pelas polêmicas relacionadas ao novo diretor, James Gunn. mas depois de quase um ano de lançamento, decidi assistir e não só gostei, mas amei e queria destacar uma frase no filme que me impactou muito: "Se toda essa praia estivesse completamente coberta de rolas, e alguém dissesse que eu tinha que comer toda rola até que a praia estivesse limpa para liberdade, eu não acharia problema." - Peacemaker

I've seen this movie twice, this is my second time. It's entertaining, not complete trash, but it doesn't escape being... simplistic? It's funny, though, in stupid ways
