She Done Him Wrong is my first venture into Mae West’s iconic filmography and this film certainly did not disappoint. West’s attitude and delivery is electric - there’s so much life and vibrancy within her performance. It may run a little over an hour, but there’s really not many dull moments, it’s a film that keeps you engaged and entertained throughout. She Done Him Wrong is a wonderful start to my dive into West’s filmography and I cannot wait to see what other performances she gives.
