Hmst...this was just alright. Story is incredibly dull, and at times quite frustrating and nonsensical. They could’ve done so much more with this (world development, additional side characters, a better, more fleshed out plot) but instead it’s forgettable and I’ll most likely only remember it for being a poor Ghibli imitation.  Also remember how you felt when Harry snapped the Elder Wand in DH2? I felt just like that at the end of this.

Found it to be uninspired & disappointing both in its story and visuals. Watching it in close proximity to httyd films and Spirited Away certainly didn't do it any favour; just magnified the shortcomings. I feel bad for even saying this because of the amount of effort that goes into making every single frame but...
