Ice Age (2002) is funny and has some memorable characters, especially the sloth Sid. The animation feels a bit dated now, and the story is pretty simple and predictable. Still, Ice Age is an enjoyable family movie that brought a lot of laughs, especially when I watched it as a kid.

❝Save your breath, Sid. You know humans can't talk.❞ ∘₊──── • ♧ • ✧ • ♧ • ────₊∘ A great start to the Ice Age franchise. I remember dying from laughter every time I watched the melon scene as a child, and you know what? It's still funny. Nice animation, pretty good voice-acting (in my opinion Ray Romano is just alright in the first film, and definitely gets better with each new addition to the series), and some great jokes. That demon baby can get in the bin, though.

yeah, totally tracks that I haven’t seen this before. 2002 was such a bad year for the 10x10, I have no desire to watch the others….oh well.
