There’s some absolutely stunning visuals here, I just wish the film itself were longer! I know this is another cut of the film, I just wish this were the hour and a half version, since it really was a sight to see. Still, this is a wonderful examination about the creation of life on Earth, and has some of Malick’s most stunning visuals to date. I’ll have to find the other version of this film, since I was very, very impressed with it. It’s been a film on my radar since it was announced, so it’s been so nice to actually have the chance to watch it.
