Great stuff! Shoot, I would've ate this up as a kid. (Can visualize the specific duct-taped vacuum attachment "gun" I'd have used to play-act as a shape shifting galactic bounty hunter all day.)

This was so much more weird than I was expecting It too be. The best part about this was the critters. Those little critters are funny. I didn't really care for the bounty hunter plot though, until towards the end. At first I thought it was a Starwars parody. The main family was ok, I only liked Brad though. Most of the other characters were pretty basic. I was expecting more of a horror aspect to this but it felt a lot more Sci-fi. Very similar to killer klowns from outer space in that aspect. For a PG-13 movie this definitely had a lot of blood. I'll probably watch the rest of these.

Getting into a new horror franchise with Critters, another clone of Gremlins which interestingly enough incorporates little space aliens that roll like tumbleweed and bite like piranhas. I didn't expect this thing to start in outer space and I sure did not expect to see these critters escape prison via spacecraft. There isn't a lot to say about this film, other than it has nice alien FX and a neat pair of space bounty hunters on the search for some furry creatures. Throw in rural america and you got a pretty decent creature feature. Also, I have now decided I will be naming my future kid Johnny Steele. 2.7/5
