last time I watched this I was faded as hell with my friend. deadass felt like I was up in the mountain temple with jaden smith, really had me moving with the snake and shit. shit was lowkey beautiful and I got really fucking hyped when jaden smith beat that snarky kids ass. was so fucking proud of the lad, xiao dre is my fucking boy fr… watch this movie faded as hell to really appreciate it

À part le fait que Dre Parker (Daniel San dans l'original) soit noir, que l'histoire se passe en Chine et que le kung-fu remplace le karaté, l'histoire n'est pas du tout originale: ce film est un simple et bête remake du film des années 80... sans le charme.
