Second time watching and better than I first remembered, TCAT has great acting and lots of charm. I don’t think this is Hitchcocks best work, which is testament to how good he is. Kelly and Grant have real chemistry which makes for a great viewing. 9/10
To Catch a Thief
To Catch a Thief is beautifully typical Alfred Hitchcock and thrilling. Even back then, Hitchcock made wonderful use of the colors of the Mediterranean Sea. The film itself isn't anything particularly special, but it's still a captivating experience and yet another good film by Alfred Hitchcock. Cary Grant's magnificent performance deserves special mention.

Perhaps it does lack a total sense of jeopardy or adventure in Cary Grant's character (a crucial factor Alfred Hitchcock plays with), put aside, To Catch A Thief is of course memorable in part by Cary Grant and Grace Kelly. These two are attractively investing. And the finale, like any other Hitchcock flick, is undeniably magnetic.

"Steal one." slightly more reserved than standard hitchcock fare, here he opts to pare back the suspense and instead revel in the beauty and chaos of the events that unfold and delight in capturing the gorgeous french surroundings. also grace kelly here is SO 😍😍😍😍😍!!!!!!!!

“Doesn't it make you nervous to be in the same room with thousands of dollars worth of diamonds, and unable to touch them?” It's...a meh film, really. I know this just my 3rd Hitchcock film that I've watched, but this rather a bore. Sure the film is beautiful, Cary and Grace's pairing are wonderful to watch...but it's really boring. As far as mystery being one of my favorite genres in films, this one certainly lacks of it. Other than that, only moment that I kinda enjoyed was the small bantering between Danielle and Frances at the beach.

grace kelly lived up to her name because her acting was gracious and perfect. this entire movie made me fell mesmerized by how soft was her acting skills, but also very on point. the entire plot was very interesting as well!
