HALLOWEEN #05 - (2025) 🎃 (https://boxd.it/PbOBS) — whatever you do, don’t fall asleep. que filme bom, não é atoa que é um clássico! assistindo esses filmes antigos de terror com adolescentes curtindo a vida, aproveitando a juventude, tendo suas paixõezinhas e sendo irresponsáveis só me faz ter vontade de viver igual eles, sabe? eu até esqueço o foco principal do filme que é o terror, que por sinal nesse filme é bem daora. achei diferente e muito bom, wes craven fez um ótimo trabalho!

This is my second viewing of this and I was impressed neither time. It’s not bad, with some very iconic scenes, such as the bathtub scene, but it’s unbelievably annoying. Jonny Depp is probably the best actor in this, but his character is so frustrating, he falls to sleep multiple times despite his better half begging him not to. The ending is frankly stupid, makes absolutely no sense. Freddie Krueger isn’t scary at all, but at least he has some backstory. If not for the final girl being pretty great, Nancy played by Heather Langenkamp, then this would’ve been very bad. Oh and the iconic scenes are unique and interesting, but overall this film isn’t anything special.
