Most dream-tales would find ways to hasten the scenery along, throw imagery at a viewer and disrupt equilibrium. But this is almost painfully melancholic and artificially long... in the sense of being as a young child lingering on or obsessing over the pages of a picture book, tracing fingers along the illustrations and inventing context along the way. Quietly questioning/contemplating a Christian world and latent gay feels :3
