Don't Hang Up

Decidedly not my thing. Found footage/screen life, jump scares as the sole mode of horror. Also feel weird about using the Tulsa Race Massacre as the vehicle for a generic horror film that doesn’t really have much to say about anything. If it had instead leaned into the exploitative schlocky idea of a revenge film, it may actually have worked better. As it stands, it’s just generic. 2025 Ranked (https://boxd.it/D1fDm)
