The horror aspects of the film were good and personally, I really enjoyed them however because of the rate change the potential of the movie had disappeared.

Mucha gente la odia pero la verdad la disfrute, no soy la persona más fan de las películas de Superheroes por lo que tampoco soy experta y no se de comics, asi que tal vez por eso me gusto jaja. Ame el cast, ver a Anya, Maisie y Charlie en una peli juntxs me gusto. Se agradece el contenido lgbt gracias. PD. We stan lesbians.

Yes, i'm from the future, and this is the best than the MCU crap. Deming's cinematography peaks and remembers every time of Lynch's style in terror. Anya Taylor-Joy performance is the best since Tomasin (and better than the rest of the cast, tho), the directing is unexpectedtly good, and i know, is not Ari Aster, but it gets really close to the sense of horror and drama, making this an unexpected gem. And yeah, it will premiere in Hulu, and some IMAX screenings, but man... this film will change your life. 10 out of 5, Joy is life, life is Joy. Oh, and don't worry, is a stando-solo film.

The movie isn't that bad but obviously could've better. Like power rangers 2017 it's an ok origin story that was promoted terribly by the studio and had potential as a franchise but that's unlikely to happen now. (Tho power rangers is the better film) Anyway I don't think the new mutants deserves the hate it gets.

The biggest shame of The New Mutants is the potential that it has. There is so much potential for some great characters, but they didn’t embrace them enough to really produce anyting of merit. For the longest time, this was labeled as the “X-Men horror film”, which it can be at times, but didn’t lean into the genre like I was thinking it was going to. It’s a shame that there was so much studio interference, especially when it came to its release. It honestly should have landed on Disney+, rather than try to get into theaters. It’s definitely not as disappointing as the last X-Men feature, Dark Phoenix, but unfortunately doesn’t live up to the potential that has.

how can this be that bad. perhaps i expected too much because of maisie and anya but there's just no saving of how this movie was written. magik being racist was so disheartening but anya's performance was great, i hope the mcu would take the character in. some performances here was very discouraging to make me finish this. the overall atmosphere and writing was awkward and odd at so many levels. i feel so wronged.
