The Boy and the Beast

This film had a lot of heart. I was sad, happy, angry and everything in between while watching this. I enjoyed this more than, if not more than a number of Miazaki films, and that is some of the highest praise I can offer. The animation was great. It made me long for the days when studios in America produced quality hand drawn films. (I'm looking at you, Disney) If only they could do so again, because we would get great stories such as this. Now, speaking of the story. The films' premise is simple enough, however it's execution of it's storytelling is what makes the film shine.
