Sailor Moon S the Movie: Hearts in Ice

“We fall in love, our hearts may break. There are times when we lose sleep longing for someone. And there is always pain and sorrow in our lives. But that is what it means to be alive!” Don’t be fooled. I’m logging this like it’s the first time, but I have watched the particular Sailor Moon film…countless times. Not as good as I remember from my childhood, but then again, what is? Feels more than an OVA than a film but. What are you gonna do? The Luna/Spaceman romance didn’t phase me at all as a kid, so much so I had forgotten that a lot of this movie hinges on that—a cat falling in love with a human. Dare I say, it was still endearing.
