Vampire Circus

I'm a sucker for Hammer films, always have been thanks to my dad. In its last decade of original/regular operations this was considered "one of the last great" entries in their (imo already-incredible) filmography. I have to agree, one of their more ambitious and captivating films not just in their final years, but in their history altogether Robert Tayman's an intimidating presence as the Count and Adrienne Corri is immediately attention-getting in her performance as one of the main stars of the circus. The gore is great for its time, and there's effective moments of tension (the forest scene comes to mind)
