Captain America: Civil War

Better than the first two Avengers films, not quite as good as the last two. Still, this is a mammoth of a film with so many stars it’s hard to keep up. Great performances all round as always, the fight scene at the airport is great and Spider Man joins the MCU in this, what more could you ask for. The villain, Zemo, doesn’t really feel threatening at all and to be honest he’s kind of likeable, especially as he kills the other Winter Soldiers. It’s a solid film and a fun watch.

Captain America: Civil War

A fun Marvel film which is all I wanted out of a Marvel Civil War film. Also the intro of Spider-Man to the MCU was great. A+, better than BvS

Captain America: Civil War

this movie might not be perfect but it did an amazing job at introducing us to peter, tchalla, and zemo. it could've easily made the plot too convoluted. i'm for sure team tony but i'm not gonna lie, team cap made some points too. team tony is definitely more reasonable and they're looking at the bigger picture. i'm gonna stop there cus i don't want to start another cw discourse, it's too tiring. but i am gonna bring up the way steve screamed "she's a kid", referring to wanda who was 27 YEARS OLD at the time, IMMMM BSKSNSKS SHES OLDER THAN ME TF SHES NO KID

Captain America: Civil War

Se llama capitán américa, es una película de los vengadores, el mayor peso emocional recae en iron man y lo mejor de la película son Pantera Negra y Spider-Man. Cap was right btw

Captain America: Civil War

Should've ended at the conclusion of the Airport fight. What was the point of this movie if everyone is alive and basically ok with each other afterwards? Not to mention the Accords plot is dropped about halfway though the movie and no one ever mentions it again. Boring, sloppy writing. However...the action in this movie is phenomenal. I've never been more enthralled with an action set piece in a superhero movie before. Avengers 2.5: Captain America - Civil War could've been the high stakes, emotionally raw movie the MCU needed. It's unfortunate that because of their main audience, they couldn't have lasting, impactful consequences in the film. It had so much potential. (p.s. read the comic, it handles this story much better and doesn't rush it like the film)

Captain America: Civil War

Marvel has had a streak of great films, and Captain America: Civil War is no exception. As others have stated, this feels like Avengers 2.5, but that just makes it all the more interesting. The conflict itself feels relevant, especially in today's political world. The introduction of Spider Man and Black Panther (who completely stole the show in my opinion. I can't wait for his solo film) broadens this already extensive universe, bringing some great new characters. I'm really excited to see exactly what happens in the next phase of Marvel's universe, since we know that it's going to be pretty great.
