❝What don't make much sense to me is why two smart guys like us chose this poor-ass police life.❞ 𐄁─────⋆⁺‧₊☽ ◯ ☾₊‧⁺⋆─────𐄁 China Moon spends a lot of time building up to its turning point, and unfortunately not much time is allocated towards creating tension before the ending. However, it's still pretty engaging, with solid performances from Ed Harris and Benicio del Toro (😩🫶) and a delicate soundtrack. I also got jumpscared by Charles Dance with hair, but he pulled off a convincing Southern accent which was nice. I'd recommend giving this a watch if you like slow-burn romance/crime stories.
