This was number one on my watchlist for as long as I can remember, and it definitely lived up to the hype. An amazing film filled with character and charm, funny and interesting throughout. The story is simple yet effective and of course the story of the six fingered man is cinematic heritage. Watch it.
The Princess Bride
A film I've grown up loving in my life and I still continue to love this movie today. This is one of those movies where everyone needs to see it at least once in their lifetime. I hadn't realized it until now, but this is a truly special film to me and it really has everything. Incredible characters, an adventurous story, phenomenal sets, and so much more. You name it, The Princess Bride has it! The film speaks to me as a true classic and it's a film I'll treasure forever. Rest In Peace, Rob and Michele Reiner. I hope you both find eternal happiness.

Just fills me w a feeling of childlike joy, they don’t do it like Rob Reiner anymore. I miss when we got fun, interesting, well written and acted movies that were also around 90 minutes.

Esse filme tem tudo o que eu gosto: personagens cativantes, roteiro bem feito e profundo, a comédia não estraga os momentos e trilha sonora boa. Foi muito bacana ver o mulequin começando a gostar do livro com o passar do tempo.

The Princess Bride is one of the most iconic films of the 80's and certainly is deserving of it's iconic status. It's one of the rare fairy tale movies that manages to transcend time, still feeling as fun and enchanting this viewing as it was the first time I watched the film. It's a remarkable fairy tale and is one of the rare fantasy films I will actually actively watch over and over again. While the experience seeing this film in a sold out theater wasn't the best I've ever sat through, it was amazing seeing the film in theaters.
