Saw it on a DVD about 15 years ago and it seemed pretty modern and relatable. Now, however it is like looking at a very different and silly era.

Amazing social commentary and really ahead of its time especially when it comes to alienation and how the internet made people not want to interact with the outside world. Every monologue that happened in the film I related to especially the one with the guy in his room at the end that one specifically really was ahead of its time when I came to the alienation of people due to the Internet. I too stay in my house all day and am best friends with my computer. The there is so watch subtext in this film and I think that’s what really makes it relatable because you can choose what they actually mean by the things they say. He literally made a website just because his special interest was 9/11 and created people being obsessed with watching other people and also the fact they were messaging things in the board of the website he really made 4chan. I think it’s an interesting concept though because if people don’t know they’re being watched, they are their true selves because everything else is just fake. www.peeptvshow.net (https://peeptvshow.net/)
