Dark Angel

Explosion heavy, definitely Terminator inspired sci-fi action featuring an almost swaggerless Dolph Lundgren as a Houston cop in pursuit of a humanlike alien mercilessly killing randoms via overdose, and collecting their endorphins to create some sort of drug it can take back to outer-space. Alternatively released as I Come in Peace during its U.S. release, the more catchy titled Dark Angel might be a snooze outside of its occasional alien moments, but it eventually ends up being an absolute rocker by the final act when it finally fuses the buddy-cop action with the sci-fi cheese and lets Dolph become a lot cooler. I knew I was in for some solid fun when its six feet five alien villain exclaimed "I come in peace", and then casually proceeded to annihilate every man in the vicinity.
