Shakespeare in Love
A very enjoyable and refreshing look at Shakespeare and his work, with lots of fiction and laughs. This film is hilarious. Joseph Fiennes, who plays Shakespeare, is about as camp as it comes. He’s also not the greatest actor, which is putting it lightly. Gwyneth Paltrow, on the other hand, is fantastic in this. Lots to laugh at and at times the film does feel very self aware. Enjoyable flick.

TWELFTH NIGHT-HEADS RISE UP I went into this movie with the understanding that it was going to be about "timeless tale behind the creation of the greatest love story ever told," which you'd think would be Romeo and Juliet right?? No. This movie understands that Shakespeare's best work is not Romeo and Juliet (bleh, boring) but Twelfth Night (stunning, impeccable) and I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised I needed a romcom today and this really scratched the itch
