Filme maluco maluco. Tem cena com nudez do nada, piada sexual, tem quebra da quarta parede, álcool pra menor e xenofobia com o chinês, que tem som de um gong tocado quando o nome dele é pronunciado. Gostei.

Sixteen Candles was the second film I had watched from John Hughes, after Weird Science. It's a typical brat-pack film, filled with wonderful 80's nostalgia and teenage angst. Ringwald shines throughout the entire film. It's one of Hughes' best films, and possibly one of the best comedies as well.

Are you telling me that The Geek grew up to incite a mob in Haddonfield on Halloween night? Liked it quite a lot, not super high quality or anything but it’s lots of 80s fun, I just cannot wrap my mind around The Geek and Tommy from Halloween Kills being the same guy.  7.5/10
