Inside Out
Inside Out is creative and well conveys an exciting idea about emotions. The animation is top-notch, but the story sometimes seems a bit too simple and predictable for me. Nevertheless, Inside Out is a beautiful film that has a lot to offer, especially for children.

Esse filme sempre que eu vejo me proporciona novas experiências, é um filme muito lindo e que me faz ver minha própria mente de outra forma, me traz uma paz e conforto, apesar do desespero em algumas horas, mas a beleza da mente do jeito que é representada é tão linda.

The day has finally come when I decided to watch this. Hearing all of the amazing reviews for it, I caved in and finally decided to watch it. I can see what people were talking about! It was a cute film, exploring things that smaller kids don't yet understand, pre-teens are able to deal with, and things that adults know all too well. The voices were great, with Amy Poehler being a fantastic lead as Joy (Sadness happened to be my favorite, with Disgust falling very closely behind). The animation was great. It's amazing to think how far Pixar has went with animation, paving a whole new road, while still keeping it fresh. Now, this isn't my favorite Pixar film (Ratatouille being my favorite), but it's altogether a great little film.

Pete Docter constrói uma história simples na superfície, mas emocionalmente devastadora por dentro. A jornada da Alegria é o grande acerto: entender que felicidade não existe sem tristeza é o tipo de mensagem que parece óbvia… até te atingir de verdade. E quando atinge, dói. Visualmente criativo e cheio de ideias inteligentes, o filme equilibra humor e emoção com uma naturalidade impressionante. Mas é no silêncio — nas memórias, nas perdas — que ele realmente se destaca. No fim, Divertida Mente não é só sobre crescer. É sobre sentir tudo… e aprender que tudo bem não estar bem.
