While definitely the weakest of the original films, it also feels most like an episode of the cartoon or a small arc in the comics. The suits simultaneously look better and worse. Nice to have Koteas and Feldman back. Love Paige Turco’s new haircut. Asher’s Review: I’d say it’s really cool, and it’s cool that the Turtles can time travel. 5/5⭐️
